How do I send my art to Framebridge?
You can either upload a digital photo for us to print and frame, or we can send you a prepaid mailer (a tube or a flat mailer) to safely transport your physical art to our studio.
What is the typical turnaround time for an order?
Most orders are custom-built and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes an additional 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
What kind of materials do you use for your frames?
We use high-quality wood moldings, acid-free mats, and premium acrylic that offers UV protection to ensure your art stays preserved and looks beautiful for years.
Do you offer a happiness guarantee?
Yes! We want you to love your custom frame. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact our support team within 30 days and we will make it right.
Can I frame oversized items or jerseys?
We can frame items up to 32x40 inches through our standard mailers. For specialty items like jerseys or textiles, we offer specific shadowbox services to ensure proper depth and protection.
Does my frame come ready to hang?
Absolutely. Every Framebridge order arrives with the hanging hardware already attached to the back of the frame, plus the nail and hook you will need for your wall.
