At Framebridge, we want you to love your custom-framed art as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

If your frame arrived damaged or with a quality concern, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us expedite your request.
Print Return Label
For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to safely repackage your items for transit.
Receive Refund or Remake
Once your return is processed, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or rush a replacement frame to your door.
